What was the problem?

The problem was mostly to ensure simple and quick attachment of pouches, holsters, military belts, back belts, knapsacks and how to achieve a certain product, e.g. pouch or holster, be attached onto various places of the basic part of the equipment.

What solution was developed?

Our development team looked for suitable solutions for quite some time by studying existing models until they finally developed a metal clip to be inserted into the product's plastic carrier (e.g. on pouch or holster) and attached onto the belt or some other part of the equipment.

Security lock clip

The clip can be fixed after installation (by closing the protector) in order to prevent it from opening during operation and to prevent the user from losing the product that is attached with this clip.

While using the product we discovered that plastic carrier wears off in time and needs to be replaced with a new one. As we wanted to avoid this we developed a system of re-sewing webbing, that replaces the plastic carrier.

This solution proved to be a more suitable one as the seam can tear only in extreme usage conditions and plastic carrier damages were more frequent.
