Our defense industry solutions

A few years ago we developed a new concept of module-designed carrying and camping equipment, intended for soldiers and policemen as a part of the “21st Century Warrior”. This is new generation equipment and it enables the user to carry some or all of the equipment, considering the fieldwork requirements.

Thus we achieved relieving the soldiers load and by making a more ergonomically shaped rucksack we enhanced its volume, enabling the user to carry much more equipment- short distances wise- than before.

Our ski industry solutions

For years Arex has been a development partner of various skiing equipment manufacturers. For these we have developed the “insert nut” that fulfilled buyers‘ demands for more safety.

In order to tear this insert nut away much larger forces have to be applied than with comparable products before. The nut has been made by gushing a metal nut into plastic, which is one of the typical manufacturing procedures of Arex company.

Arex actively participates in the process of developing semimanufactures according to buyers‘ wishes in the automobile industry. Due to our development and tool capacities we have been included in projects for developing new cars several times.

Our caravan industry solutions

Original development solutions are also sought after by motorhome and caravan manufacturers who constantly face demands for providing better looking and more functional products, while at the same time they have to be careful that new products do not increase the final product‘s weight (caravan, motorhome) and its price.

For the caravan industry we have developed brand new products, such as fastening belts and profile closures, but most of all we constantly improve existing products in order to meet the basic, above mentioned needs.

Due to our strong development and the possibility of making prototypes quickly caravan manufacturers often hire us to make prototypes for various presentations.
