How do we care about quality?

We are aware that care for quality is essential if we are to provide the best solutions to our customers.

In 1998 we acquired the ISO 9001:2000 quality certificate. Introduction of the system of quality in all business processes of the company also meant higher product quality as well as positive effects on the functioning of the whole company.

Larger business systems, that are users of our products, often estimate our processes and this certainly contributes to their continuous improvement.

Inner company control

Besides the developed control system of input materials and final products we lay great stress upon executing inter-phase controls which is mostly performed as self-control. Our employees are being continuously educated for this purpose.

In recent years the company (besides employee eductaion) invested a lot of funds for purchasing new equipment for performing quality control.

Accurate product quality control in Arex means our customers can save quite significantly as the input control is no longer needed or it is performed at a very small sample.
